1:1 Nutrition Counseling
Personalized Nutrition Counseling
Nutrition counseling provides space to look more closely at your health, nutrition, lifestyle, and goals. Together, we’ll explore the factors that may be influencing how you feel and develop practical strategies that fit your individual needs and everyday life.
My approach is evidence-informed, weight-inclusive, and collaborative, without rigid rules or one-size-fits-all recommendations.
Nutrition is rarely about one symptom, one food, or one part of the body. Digestion, the gut microbiome, hormones, metabolism, sleep, stress, mood, and lifestyle can all influence overall health.
During our work together, we’ll consider these connections alongside your health history, symptoms, preferences, and priorities.
Depending on your individual needs, recommendations may include therapeutic foods, meal and recipe ideas, targeted supplements and herbs, microbiome or other testing when appropriate, and supportive lifestyle strategies.
I’ll also help you understand the reasoning behind recommendations so you can make informed decisions and develop strategies that feel realistic and sustainable.
