Jump Start Initial Consultation
(90 minutes)
The Initial Consultation is where we dig in detail to build a picture of your health. We will go over a family history, birth story, an in-depth health history, sleep, stress, past trauma, eating behavior, food preferences, recent bloodwork and more. *This includes a follow-up consult to determine the nutritional counseling program to best meet your health concerns and goals.
I will show you how to make manageable changes to take control of your health. We will discuss your diet, lifestyle and their effect on your gut, energy, focus, mood, and sleep.
